Food Allergy Awareness

Our LMS is bundled with important food safety courses like food allergy awareness as standard, so you can be sure your staff get the important training they need.

The Allergen Awareness course has been updated to take into account the EU Food Information to Consumer Regulations, which became enforceable by law from December 2014, and should be a mandatory part of induction and standard training for all staff in the food industry, hospitality and care sectors.

This course will give you the knowledge required to implement, and understand how allergies impact on your place of work and what you are required to do to comply.
