• Data and backups are securely stored across multiple regions within Microsoft Azure for redundancy.
• All data is protected at rest using 256-bit AES encryption, a standard trusted by governments and organisations worldwide to protect the most sensitive information.
• All data is encrypted during transit.
• We monitor our infrastructure and automatically optimise performance with scaling.
• Software updates and security patches are automatically rolled out to your platform.
• Our infrastructure utilises DDoS protection measures.
• We have automated measures in place to detect, monitor and fix security advisories.
• Internally, Expert LMS strictly controls access to all customer data. Our employees are only given access to data when completely necessary.

Platform

• Our robust and customisable permissions system is built into the core of our platform.
• The Expert LMS API works closely with the permissions system and automatically strips personal information (such as email addresses or phone numbers) for users of the API who do not have access to sensitive data.
• All actions throughout the platform are logged and available in our timeline report. 
• You can utilise SSO to manage access to your LMS.
